Operational coverage extended across all warehouse functions including picking, loading, goods in and dispatch, and included oversight of delivery driver Health and Safety procedures while on site at Bonmarche. The system was the primary tool for organising staff capacity to ensure deliveries were processed and loaded in a timely and accurate manner. Governance and process changes formalised rota management and daily absence and performance workflows into Ceequel, creating a single source for shift planning and case records related to disciplinary actions. The implementation anchored Time and Attendance controls within warehouse workforce management and operational execution for nightshift activities.
