In 2014 Bonmarche implemented Ceequel for Time and Attendance to manage warehouse nightshift workforce scheduling and attendance for a team of 30 plus staff. The deployment focused on night operations including picking, despatch, loading and goods in, centralising shift rostering and time capture to ensure staffing capacity aligned with delivery and put away workflows.
Ceequel was configured to support core Time and Attendance capabilities such as shift rostering, holiday rota input, absence recording, and attendance monitoring. Supervisors used Ceequel to input staff holiday rotas, monitor and manage absence and performance, and to log investigations and disciplinaries as part of routine workforce administration.
Operational coverage extended across all warehouse functions including picking, loading, goods in and dispatch, and included oversight of delivery driver Health and Safety procedures while on site at Bonmarche. The system was the primary tool for organising staff capacity to ensure deliveries were processed and loaded in a timely and accurate manner.
Governance and process changes formalised rota management and daily absence and performance workflows into Ceequel, creating a single source for shift planning and case records related to disciplinary actions. The implementation anchored Time and Attendance controls within warehouse workforce management and operational execution for nightshift activities.

The implementation focused on standard eCommerce functional modules including storefront and content management, catalog and pricebook configuration, shopping cart and checkout orchestration, order management and fulfillment orchestration, and customer account and promotions management. The solution was deployed as a cloud-hosted commerce suite, configured to centralize product data and merchandising workflows appropriate for a 250-employee retail organization, while enabling real-time order capture and centralized order processing.
Operational governance emphasized centralized catalog ownership by merchandising and coordinated order management processes across online channels, with IT and operations teams responsible for configuration, release cadence, and data governance. Oracle NetSuite Commerce was presented as the single commerce platform for Bonmarche, consolidating core eCommerce functionality to support merchandising, marketing, customer service, and fulfillment operations.
