Integration work focused on master data exchange, forecast and purchase order signals, and inventory valuation handoffs between merchandise planning and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Operational coverage explicitly included finance, merchandising and procurement functions within Bonmarche's UK retail business. The system was the primary tool for organising staff capacity to ensure deliveries were processed and loaded in a timely and accurate manner. Governance and process changes formalised rota management and daily absence and performance workflows into Ceequel, creating a single source for shift planning and case records related to disciplinary actions. The implementation anchored Time and Attendance controls within warehouse workforce management and operational execution for nightshift activities.
