Implementation work emphasized automated attendance reconciliation and business-rule driven handling of exceptions such as late arrivals, early departures and overtime, consistent with banking payroll and compliance practice.
Operational integration addressed HR and payroll workflows through standard data export and API-based interfaces to deliver payroll feeds and consolidated time records, and the rollout established role-based access controls, supervisor approvals and audit trails. The program targeted HR and payroll teams, branch operations and timekeeping supervisors, providing reporting and attendance analytics to support payroll processing and operational scheduling.
Governance changes included formalized timesheet approval workflows, escalation rules for exception handling and enhanced audit logging to support internal controls and regulatory compliance.
