In 2020, BPS Technology deployed HostGator as its Application Hosting and Computing Services provider to host and serve content on its corporate website. The HostGator implementation centers on standard web hosting capabilities, including HTTP and HTTPS serving, DNS management, and control panel administration, reflecting a single site deployment tied directly to the company domain.
Operational responsibility is concentrated within a small internal team at BPS Technology that manages site content and hosting settings through the HostGator control panel, with email and file transfer workflows consolidated under the hosting account. In 2017, BPS Technology moved all entities to Oasis PEO, using Oasis Outsourcing, Inc. as the professional employer organization to centralize payroll, benefits and HR administration under the holding company back-office construct. The implementation targeted small headcount economics, enabling competitive benefit offerings and improved payroll and HR support for multiple legal entities within the holding company structure. The project is aligned to the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) category and was executed while the controller set up Finance, Accounting, HR, Benefits and IT functions for the organization.
Oasis PEO provided core payroll administration, benefits administration and HR administration capabilities that the controller leveraged to consolidate back-office processes across entities. Parallel finance and operational tooling work included implementation of a process manufacturing ERP, DataCor Chempax, forecasting and budgeting per entity, weekly cash planning and tracking, and a standardized related party reconciliation process to support centralized services.
Operational governance and rollout were led from the controller office, which temporarily operated as COO during a product development and distribution ramp, then returned to accounting and finance after hiring a replacement COO. Governance changes included centralized service definitions, formal related party reconciliation workflows, and standardized forecasting and cash planning cadences across the holding company entities. These structural changes were positioned to preserve small-company agility while providing the HR, payroll and benefits scale effects delivered by Oasis PEO.
