Sage Legacy Sage 200 ERP Financial ERP Pinnacle Online 2017 2017
In 2017 Bradleys Foods implemented Sage 200 as its core accounting and operational backbone. The deployment was scoped to the company’s distribution operations in Ashford, Kent, and aligned with the ERP Financial category to centralize financial control for a team of approximately 31 employees serving the South East. The Sage 200 implementation concentrated on ERP Financial capabilities including core financial management such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, together with inventory and stock control, order processing and management reporting. Sage 200 was configured to support transaction flows between sales orders, stock allocation and financial posting, reflecting typical small enterprise ERP Financial workflows. Pinnacle Online acted as the systems integrator and delivered configuration, testing and go live support for the Sage 200 rollout. The project integrated operational processes across finance, warehouse and sales, establishing consistent transactional workflows from order intake through invoicing without referencing other named systems. Governance and process work included role based security, accounting control points and documented operational procedures, with a phased rollout across finance and distribution functions to limit disruption. Knowledge transfer and administrator handover were part of the Pinnacle Online delivery model to embed the Sage 200 ERP Financial system into Bradleys Foods operational practices.
