In 2023, Brady Services implemented Quantum Workplace WorkDove to digitize performance management for front-line associates. The initiative used the Performance and Goal Management application to standardize review workflows across its US HR organization.
The deployment included Performance Reviews, 9-Box, IDP+, 360 Feedback, Check-Ins and Surveys as configured functional modules. Quantum Workplace WorkDove was configured to run recurring review cycles, capture multi-rater feedback, and maintain individualized development plans, aligning review artifacts with coaching conversations and talent calibration processes.
Operational scope focused on front-line associates with HR stewardship in the United States, centralizing review administration and manager coaching workflows. Process changes emphasized moving administrative tasks into the platform, establishing a formal check-in cadence, and surfacing 9-Box outputs to inform succession discussion and development planning.
As reported, the implementation cut roughly 40 hours of administrative work per review cycle down to 2 to 3 hours, and it enabled stronger coaching and succession practices within HR. Brady positioned Quantum Workplace WorkDove as its primary Performance and Goal Management system to support ongoing performance cycles and continuous feedback collection.

| IFS | Legacy | IFS Field Service Management (FSM) | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, Brady Services integrated FormsPro with IFS Field Service Management (FSM) to extend its Field Service Management capabilities across field operations and back office. The implementation centers on IFS Field Service Management and FSM Mobile as the operational platform for technicians and for capturing equipment and site data in the Field Service Management domain.
The deployment configured FormsPro-driven electronic forms and mobile workflows to launch from tasks in FSM Mobile, with prepopulation of customer, task, and product data. Equipment-focused forms support filtered lookups for products at the task place, and technicians can choose the product on the task or select an alternate product using FormsPro filtered lookups, enabling structured data capture such as chiller logs and refrigerant leak calculations for EPA Section 608 compliance.
Integrations are explicit and two way, FormsPro uploads PDF reports and site images automatically to the IFS back office and attaches them to the originating task, and Form data is inserted into a custom FSM table that Brady uses for reporting. The integration also supports emailing form PDFs to contact lists populated from FSM, task and product lookups scoped to the technician as a task resource, and single sign on via Azure AD across development and production environments.
Governance and operational procedures were defined so that OmniByte builds FormsPro forms on request, while Brady tests and deploys those forms to production without further assistance, providing a clear development to production handoff. Outcomes documented in the use case include automated EPA Section 608 leak rate reporting to IFS, real time site safety feedback to technicians, immediate delivery of equipment form logs to customers for contracted maintenance, and reduced technician paperwork through streamlined form attachment and submission workflows.
