In 2015 Brigad Canada implemented Nutcache for Project Portfolio Management to centralize task management and timesheet capture across its Quebec based construction and real estate operations. The deployment emphasized long term time tracking and project management, with inferred use of Nutcache time tracking and project Kanban modules aligned with vendor product descriptions. Nutcache was used to consolidate tasks, timesheets and project boards to support scheduling, workload visibility and basic resource coordination for the companys small project teams.
Operational rollout focused on everyday time entry and task ownership, combined with process changes to standardize timesheet submission and project status updates. Governance adjustments included defining Kanban task states and instituting regular review cycles for timesheets and project progress to improve accountability. Brigad Canada experienced rapid team adoption and improved operational efficiency following the Nutcache implementation, with Nutcache serving as the primary Project Portfolio Management application for project planning, time tracking and task orchestration.
