WinMan Microsoft Dynamics GP WinMan ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2020 2021
In 2020, Brindisa implemented WinMan ERP to consolidate core accounting and financial control. WinMan ERP, an ERP Financial application, was deployed to replace Microsoft Dynamics GP and centralize accounting for Brindisa's UK operations, a Leisure and Hospitality company with 102 employees and 31000000 revenue. The deployment focused on core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management and financial reporting, with configuration for inventory valuation and purchase cost capture to align trading and cost accounting. WinMan ERP configuration emphasized transactional posting, automated journal workflows and period close controls consistent with ERP Financial category capabilities. Operational coverage extended across finance, procurement, inventory and commercial teams in the United Kingdom, with transactional flows consolidated into the WinMan ERP financial ledgers. The implementation addressed inventory costing integration with purchasing and sales order records to ensure consistent cost of goods sold accounting across commerce operations. Governance was organized through a project team that included the System Manager Lee Moulds, who is listed as part of the implementation effort, and internal ownership of role based access, approval workflows and month end procedures. The program replaced Microsoft Dynamics GP and established WinMan ERP as Brindisa's primary ERP Financial backbone.
