The operating model embedded regular market research and cost review practices to keep cost of goods sold under active review and to maintain strong supplier relationships. The implementation positioned Sage UBS POS Plus as the transactional system of record for procurement and inventory at Brisbane Racing Club, with integrated rostering via TimeTarget and POS terminal management via UBS micro power driving daily operations and supplier cadence.
