In 2020, Briteskies implemented Hubspot Live Chat on its public website using HubSpot Conversations, aligning the deployment with Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities. The implementation centered on embedding the live chat widget across primary site pages, enabling real time visitor engagement and conversational lead capture through the Hubspot Live Chat interface.
Configuration focused on core conversational modules common to the category, including the chat widget, a chatbot builder for initial triage, and a shared Conversations inbox for handoff to human agents. Automated contact capture and conversation transcripts were configured to populate contact profiles, and scripted response templates were used to standardize initial engagement.
Operationally the Hubspot Live Chat deployment was scoped to marketing, sales, and client services teams within the 30 person organization, with conversations routed into the company HubSpot account and HubSpot CRM records for follow up. Routing rules and ownership assignment were applied so inbound chats created or enriched contact records and generated tickets when escalation to service workflows was required.
Governance was instituted around inbox ownership, canned responses, and escalation rules to ensure consistent handling of inbound chats and lead qualification. For a small professional services firm the implementation emphasized low overhead maintenance, cross functional access to the Conversations inbox, and configuration patterns that scale with the company without requiring additional third party integrations.
