The HR team developed and delivered training on the use of the application, established performance improvement plan workflows, and led organization-wide performance calibration sessions to support merit allocation processes.
Operational integrations and cross-functional coordination were explicit, the HR team worked with payroll to update wage information as part of the calibration and merit cycle and coordinated annual benefit reviews and recommendations with executive leadership.
