The upgrade followed a standard PeopleSoft multi tier architecture with separate database, application, and web tiers and included application server tuning and PeopleSoft patch management for release 9.2. Project activities included data conversion of financial master records, interface validation, regression testing, and user acceptance testing to confirm transaction flows and reporting feeds.
