TimeTec Legacy TimeTec FingerTec Q2i Time Clock (Hardware) HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Brother International deployed TimeTec FingerTec Q2i at its Tanauan manufacturing site, implementing the Time Clock (Hardware) solution to provide factory-level time attendance and access control. The deployment comprised 35 FingerTec Q2i units installed across the production facility to capture biometric attendance and control entry points for HR operations in the Philippines. TimeTec FingerTec Q2i was configured to perform biometric enrollment, time capture, door control and centralized attendance aggregation, with on-device capture feeding a centralized attendance repository for payroll reconciliation. The Time Clock (Hardware) implementation emphasized observable functional capabilities including biometric verification, access event logging and attendance reporting targeted at HR and payroll workflows. The solution was delivered by Calvelo Engineered Systems in partnership with Fujitsu Philippines, and integrated attendance data into the companys centralized HR and payroll processes to strengthen facility access control and attendance visibility. Operational scope was limited to the Tanauan manufacturing site, affecting HR time and attendance management and site access governance across the facility.
