In 2018, Buen Saber implemented Exposebox on its public website to introduce web-based personalization and product recommendation capabilities. The deployment positioned Exposebox as the operational Personalization and Product Recommendations platform for Buen Saber, directly supporting on-site education content and offering discovery workflows.
Exposebox was configured to deliver on-site personalization and product recommendations using standard recommendation engine functions, including behavioral and content based targeting and rules driven merchandising. The implementation used client side integration to inject Exposebox recommendation widgets and personalized content fragments into page templates and learning offering pages, enabling real time adaptation of on-site experiences.
Integrations were scoped to website level data flows, with Exposebox consuming page view events, item metadata and user interaction signals from the site frontend to drive recommendations. Operational coverage focused on the public web estate in Poland, impacting marketing and customer experience functions by centralizing personalization logic and recommendation rules within Exposebox.
Governance and rollout were handled as a web first initiative, with configuration and rule management administered by Buen Saber marketing and web operations teams, and iterative tuning of recommendation sets through Exposebox administrative controls.
