TimeTec Legacy TimeTec FingerTec Kadex Time Clock (Hardware) HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Bujanovac Basic Court implemented TimeTec FingerTec Kadex as a Time Clock (Hardware) solution to tighten security and improve discipline among its staff. The deployment focused on access control at building entry points to monitor entries and exits, enforcing restricted area controls across the court’s functions including civil, criminal contentious and enforcement proceedings. TimeTec FingerTec Kadex was configured to use card, password and combined authentication methods, and the device was paired with Ingress access management software to consolidate door activities and attendance records. The Kadex hardware supports up to 30,000 users and was programmed to leverage up to 50 time zones to accommodate shift patterns, with Ingress providing simultaneous monitoring of door events and staff attendance. Deployment followed consultation with MHT Group D.O.O, the local FingerTec reseller, who advised on hardware placement and Ingress configuration. Operational coverage included the court’s approximately 60 employees, and the implementation centralized access logs and attendance data for security oversight and disciplinary review, with the court reporting detailed visibility of staff access activities and satisfaction with the system implementation.
