Operational scope included customer-service and operations teams across Bulksms.Com South Africa, covering both office locations and remote agents in South Africa. The deployment supported real-time visibility into queues and extensions to inform staffing and operational decisions. Rollout focused on contact-centre workflows with phased enablement of agents and configuration of routing rules and queue visibility to align with existing support processes. The implementation delivered softphone mobility and improved visibility of extensions and queues, enabling improved call routing and collaboration as described in the deployment notes.
