In 2018 Burj Marble implemented TrueBays StackFX ERP to centralize core ERP Financial functions across its sales, purchasing, inventory, accounts, and HR operations in the United Arab Emirates. The deployment targeted job-centric workflows for a small distribution and installation business that supplies and installs natural stone for interior and exterior applications, and it positioned TrueBays StackFX ERP as the companywide system of record for project costing and transactional finance.
The implementation configured explicit modules for job costing, sales management, purchases management, finance management, and HRMS. Job costing was configured to capture costs per contract and per dimensional stone project according to customer specifications, sales management was configured to manage contacts and track deals, and purchases management used the TrueBays cloud platform to prepare purchase orders and send them directly to vendors. Finance management provided always-on access to financial data from any internet connected device, and HRMS integrated employee data with attendance, payroll, and benefits to unify personnel records with operational workflows.
Architecturally the solution was delivered on TrueBays cloud infrastructure, enabling remote access for field and office personnel and streamlining procurement communications with suppliers through cloud sourced purchase order flows. Operational coverage included sales, procurement, inventory control, accounts payable and receivable, and HR across Burj Marble’s supply and installation services, aligning system transactions with project based production and installation workstreams.
Governance centered on customization and process alignment, TrueBays worked with Burj Marble to map marble and granite specific workflows and configure the StackFX ERP to support nonstandard costing and production requirements. The implementation emphasis was on tailoring job costing and integrated HR and finance workflows to meet the client’s industry requirements, and TrueBays customized the StackFX ERP to satisfy the client requirements as documented by the project team.
