Operational coverage centered on the HR function and payroll-related employee coverage records, with the Trusaic specialist working directly with C & L Refrigeration to gather employee eligibility and coverage data throughout each calendar year and to respond to compliance questions on demand. Governance moved to a recurring monthly compliance cadence, embedding monthly reporting and continuous data validation into HR workflows and reducing ad hoc year-end activities.
