Pagero Legacy Pagero AP Automation AP Automation ERP n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 C.R.Kennedy Security implemented Pagero AP Automation to standardize AP Automation for its finance and accounts payable functions. The deployment targeted the corporate finance organization and the AP team within the distribution business unit, with configuration aimed at invoice capture, automated three way matching and approval workflow orchestration. Pagero AP Automation was configured to process supplier invoices, route exceptions into a centralized review queue and enforce multi level approval routing consistent with company authorizations. The implementation included configuration of invoice data extraction, validation rules and exception handling, and setup of supplier onboarding workflows and electronic invoice exchange using the Pagero network. Integrations were aligned with the company ERP footprint, with integration touchpoints validated through UAT activity on the Pronto tool that was used by the finance team. Operational scope included invoice posting into the AP ledger and handoffs to procurement and accounts payable teams, with the implementation workstreams reflecting invoice lifecycle orchestration and supplier communications. Governance centered on formalizing AP intake and escalation processes, consolidating the team inbox into the Pagero driven ticketing workflow and defining approval SLAs and user acceptance testing protocols. Rollout activities emphasized configuration governance and iterative UAT cycles to validate invoice routing and ERP posting behavior prior to steady state operations.
