In 2017 C2 Wireless implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to address ERP Financial functions for accounting, sales order processing and warehouse operations. The engagement centered on configuring Oracle NetSuite ERP as the primary financial and transactional system with an emphasis on scripting driven automation and administrative controls.
Implementation work focused on NetSuite platform customization and automation, including conversion of SuiteScript 1.0 to SuiteScript 2.0, the creation and updating of SuiteFlow workflows, customization of transaction and entry forms, and generation of on demand financial reports. The NetSuite Developer and Administrator role maintained CSV import processes and scripted automations that supported core financial reporting and transaction processing workflows.
Integrations were implemented and maintained using SuiteTalk SOAP based web services to connect NetSuite to external systems, and the environment incorporated installed bundles and third party solutions where required. Operational coverage explicitly included Accounting, Sales, and Warehouse departments, and the NetSuite instance was administered through role based employee accounts and permissions to enforce access controls and segregation of duties.
Governance and operationalization were driven by an internal NetSuite Developer/Administrator who owned scripting, bundle installation, workflow configuration, report creation, and user training. Training and handoff included accounting users on financial reporting and CSV import procedures, along with operational training for Sales and Warehouse to align daily transactional processes with configured NetSuite workflows.
