In 2023, Caliph implemented Joes Data Center to host its public website at https://www.caliphotography.com/. Caliph uses Joes Data Center as its Application Hosting and Computing Services provider for website hosting and digital asset delivery, aligning the application to the company website and customer-facing media distribution. The deployment scope is limited to the public web property and associated media storage, consistent with Caliph's small, 10 employee operational footprint.
The Joes Data Center implementation includes standard hosting and compute capabilities common to Application Hosting and Computing Services, such as virtual server provisioning, object storage for photographic assets, web server configuration, DNS management, and SSL termination to support HTTPS traffic. Operational ownership is centralized to Caliph's digital operations and site owner, with configuration changes and content rollouts managed through site-level deployment processes. Joes Data Center is integrated directly with Caliph's public website to serve content and manage traffic.
