VendesFacil storefronts were provisioned programmatically for merchants, consistent with a multi-tenant eCommerce delivery model that enables rapid store creation and centralized administration of catalog and checkout flows.
Governance and rollout were coordinated by the Cámara de Comercio de Medellín in partnership with the Alcaldía, with VendesFacil named as one of three technology partners in the E-Pymes Soluciones Digitales program. The operational scope focused on micro and small business commerce functions, driving front-office sales, payments acceptance and basic order processing, while the program combined platform provisioning with digital training to scale merchant adoption.
