Operational integrations documented in the implementation included JazzHR as the applicant tracking workflow source for status updates, After School Google Sheet data capture for candidate contact and scheduling inputs, Microsoft Remote Desktop for creating and storing completed candidate folders, and Microsoft Outlook for email delivery of offer letters. The footprint of the implementation was concentrated in HR recruiting for summer and after school programs, with routine tasks including data entry, candidate follow up by phone email and text, and resolving reference issues by contacting references and candidates directly. Governance was operationalized through weekly reporting and workflow updates, with HR producing reports that tracked candidates pending references and outstanding offer responses, and administrative staff updating JazzHR workflow states. Reported operational outcomes in the source notes included placement of over 200 candidates into summer programs with a 97% acceptance rate and an operational cadence that averaged sending roughly 30 job offer letters per week.
