In 2024, Cap Visio implemented Eden CRM to unify sales, quoting, intervention planning and a client extranet for its audiovisual and videoconference services in Île-de-France. The deployment consolidated customer records and operational workflows under a single CRM platform to eliminate tool fragmentation across sales and field service processes.
The 10 week implementation configured Eden CRM modules to deliver a centralized customer dossier, automated quote workflows, intervention scheduling and a client portal. Configuration emphasized quote lifecycle automation and multi technician planning capabilities to coordinate service assignments and on site interventions.
Data migration consolidated records from Sage CRM and Visual Planning into Eden CRM, creating a single source of customer truth and unified scheduling data for field operations. Operational coverage included sales, quoting teams and field service planning across Cap Visio operations in Île-de-France, aligning commercial and operational functions within the CRM.
Governance work standardized quote approval workflows and centralized customer data to reduce manual reconciliation between systems, according to the vendor case study. The vendor case study reports that the project delivered a centralized customer dossier, automated quote workflows, improved multi technician planning and reduced support requests via the new client extranet.
