In 2021, Capgemini France implemented the SweetRush Platform as part of a global Connected Manager leadership program co-created with SweetRush, aligning the deployment to the Learning and Development,Succession and Leadership Planning,Skills Intelligence category. The initiative targeted people managers and was positioned inside Capgemini’s HR and leadership development strategy to deliver blended learning, simulations, coaching and measurable engagement at scale.
The implementation used a modular, blended learning approach that emphasized virtual simulations, coach-led development and engagement measurement, consistent with Learning and Development best practices. Capabilities delivered included curated learning paths for managers, scenario-based simulations and coach facilitation for leadership skill reinforcement, with learning modalities orchestrated to support succession planning and skills intelligence objectives.
