Chargebee numberz was configured with the Numberz Collection CRM module to provide a unified collector workspace, automated communication templates, and rule based prioritization of accounts. The deployment emphasized workflow automation for dunning and customer engagement, together with agent productivity features and reporting to surface optimization opportunities within AR processes.
Operational coverage focused on the collections team and core finance operations, with rollout activities that standardized engagement templates and collection workflows to improve consistency of outreach. The solution was used to identify potential optimization of AR processes using Numberz Collection CRM, enabling process governance changes and tighter orchestration between collections and customer facing teams.
Measured outcomes reported from the implementation include a reduction in DSOs by 54 days compared to the previous year, more than 60% time savings on customer correspondence, a 50 to 60% improvement in efficiency for a collection agent, and a 150% increment in customer coverage following adoption of Chargebee numberz. These results reflect direct operational gains within the AR Automation scope of the implementation.
