In 2017 Capital Dynamics used Terabase PlantPredict to generate project-level energy predictions for the California Flats second phase, a development of approximately 150 MW in the United States. Terabase PlantPredict was implemented as a 2D/3D Simulation application and served as the reference model during the sale and financing process and throughout the transaction and commissioning periods.
The deployment focused on performance modeling and energy yield forecasting capabilities typical of 2D/3D Simulation workflows, producing deterministic energy predictions that were adopted into contractual frameworks. PlantPredict-generated outputs underpinned EPC and O&M guarantees and were used to demonstrate bankable performance during the sale, financing, and commissioning of the project, embedding the model into governance for contractual guarantees and validation. Capital Dynamics used Terabase PlantPredict, a 2D/3D Simulation application, to support sale and financing, project development, and contractual guarantee validation.

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Legacy | Amazon EC2 | Application Hosting and Computing Services | IaaS | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Capital Dynamics deployed Amazon EC2 to host its public website. Capital Dynamics uses Amazon EC2 as an Application Hosting and Computing Services solution to provide the firm with web application runtime and externally facing content delivery for its corporate site.
The implementation is centered on Amazon EC2 virtual compute instances that run the web and application processes, with configuration aligned to small firm operations given Capital Dynamics has 41 employees. The deployment narrative indicates standard compute provisioning, instance lifecycle management, network access controls and OS-level patching workflows were established to manage the environment. Operational responsibility is positioned within the firm IT function for instance configuration and ongoing maintenance, and the Amazon EC2 deployment is explicitly tied to the company website hosting workload.
