In 2022 Capstone Copper United States implemented Damstra Learning Management in the Learning and Development category as part of a broader Damstra Enterprise Protection Platform deployment. The engagement was formalized under a three year agreement signed in June 2022, and the initial deployment began at the Pinto Valley mine in Arizona with scope targeted at HR training and site compliance operations across North America.
Damstra Learning Management was configured to digitize onboarding, deliver eLearning, automate course scheduling and manage certification tracking. Functional modules deployed included Training eLearning, compliance, incident management and Workforce and Contractor Management components within the same platform to centralize training records and certification lifecycles.
Operational integration focused on aligning site level contractor workflows with HR training processes, enabling automated enrollment of contractors into required courses and centralized reporting of certification status. Data consolidation occurred inside the Damstra platform modules to support contractor management and operational reporting without external system integrations specified.
Governance and rollout emphasized standardizing certification governance and recertification workflows, embedding automated scheduling and recordkeeping inside Damstra Learning Management. The project supports HR training and site compliance and aims to improve contractor management and reporting as stated in the project agreement.
