IFS Legacy IFS BOLO (formerly P2 BOLO) Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Carbon Creek Energy implemented IFS BOLO (formerly P2 BOLO) as its Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP to centralize accounting workflows across six legal entities. The deployment targeted the small Austin, Texas based oil and gas operator's accounting, office administration, HR support, and executive assistance functions. IFS BOLO (formerly P2 BOLO) was configured to support core financial modules, including general ledger journal entry processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, prepaid and accrual accounting, and expense report processing. The implementation supported multi entity accounting and balance sheet reconciliation workflows, and was used for daily journal entry preparation and month end close activities. The system operated alongside QuickBooks and Open Invoice, with staff using Bolo, QB and Open Invoice to manage discrete workflows rather than relying on a single tool. Operational coverage included accounting responsibilities across six entities, HR payroll backup, onboarding and termination processes, office access provisioning and termination, facilities and supplies ordering, and confidential document handling for executive support.
