Vermeg Legacy Vermeg Solife Insurance Policy Administration ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2023
Cardif Lux Vie Luxembourg implemented Vermeg Solife in 2022 as part of a digitalization programme to modernize life insurance policy administration, reporting and regulatory adaptations for Luxembourg. The engagement began in 2022 and centered on deploying Vermeg Solife to consolidate policy processing and regulatory reporting workflows within the life insurance business. The Vermeg Solife deployment focused on core Insurance Policy Administration functionality, including policy lifecycle management, reporting configuration and automation to support PRIIPs and GDPR requirements. Configuration work emphasized straight-through processing for new business and policy servicing, rule-based compliance checks and structured reporting templates, while data migration activities moved existing policy records into Solifes canonical data model. Program descriptions and consultant notes identify targeted improvements in straight-through processing, compliance updates and data migration as primary rollout objectives for Vermeg Solife. Operational scope covered insurance operations, compliance and actuarial reporting functions in Luxembourg, and governance centered on project-led configuration sprints, data reconciliation controls and staged cutover to limit regulatory exposure during the Solife rollout.
