In 2025 Caregility implemented IFS Cloud ERP as its chosen ERP Financial solution to consolidate core accounting and financial operations for the US-based healthcare technology company. The deployment of IFS Cloud ERP targeted centralized financial management across the organization, aligning the application with company finance, accounting, billing, and revenue operations teams for a unified ERP Financial platform.
The IFS Cloud ERP implementation included core financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting, with configuration work focused on multi ledgers and a unified chart of accounts. The project emphasized role based security, configurable approval workflows, period close automation, and electronic invoicing capabilities consistent with ERP Financial best practices.
Astra Canyon Group served as the systems integrator and led the deployment, configuration, and cutover planning for IFS Cloud ERP, coordinating technical provisioning and environment setup for the cloud hosted application. Operational coverage centered on corporate finance and billing functions, with the IFS Cloud ERP instance provisioned to support controlled access and standard financial controls across Caregility’s finance organization.
Governance was formalized through defined financial owner roles, change control for chart of accounts and posting rules, and a phased rollout plan executed by Astra Canyon Group and Caregility finance leadership. Training and role based onboarding were part of the governance plan to embed IFS Cloud ERP into routine accounting and revenue workflows.
