In 2023 Caremark deployed Connecteam Employee Engagement to engage and communicate with 7,000 remote caregivers across 115 franchise offices in the United Kingdom. The rollout targeted HR and employee engagement for distributed homecare staff, with a focus on training, policy distribution, surveys and manager to field communications across the franchise network. Caremark implemented Connecteam Employee Engagement as the central Employee Engagement application supporting frontline workforce communication and learning workflows.
The implementation configured core modules including communications, training and recognition to deliver policy distribution, structured training delivery and pulse surveys. Training functionality was used to push role based content and to track completion across distributed caregivers, while communications modules supported manager to field messaging and operational announcements. The recognition module was applied to support frontline acknowledgement and informal rewards, aligning with HR and operations objectives for caregiver engagement.
Deployment governance was coordinated through HR and franchise management to standardize policy publishing and manager messaging, while franchise offices remained the operational rollout units across the 115 office footprint. As described in the case study by Connecteam, the implementation rapidly achieved wide adoption and improved training delivery across the network, with the platform operationally scoped to HR and field management for homecare services.
