Training functionality was used to push role based content and to track completion across distributed caregivers, while communications modules supported manager to field messaging and operational announcements. The recognition module was applied to support frontline acknowledgement and informal rewards, aligning with HR and operations objectives for caregiver engagement. Deployment governance was coordinated through HR and franchise management to standardize policy publishing and manager messaging, while franchise offices remained the operational rollout units across the 115 office footprint.
