In 2017, Carolina Healthcare Products implemented Brightree Business Management. The small professional services firm with 20 employees deployed Brightree Business Management as a Business Process Management solution to centralize core billing and operational workflows for its orthopedic and durable medical equipment activities.
The implementation concentrated on accounting and operational modules, including accounts payable control, billing and receivables workflows, inventory and sales management, payroll and commission payroll processes, and weekly cash flow tracking that continued to be managed in Excel.
