ProJEcta Legacy ProJEcta JE-ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Cartaitalia implemented ProJEcta JE-ERP as an ERP Financial platform to centralize customer quotes, order management, production planning and shipping workflows. The deployment targeted business functions including sales quoting, order intake, production operations, warehouse logistics and administrative invoicing. ProJEcta JE-ERP was configured with core JE solutions including the JE-ERP management platform for automating business processes and the JE-eINVOICE module for active and passive electronic invoicing. Functional modules implemented included an integrated management system for recording company activities, coding and technical development of manufactured items, production order management from generation through final accounting, requirement plan development, passive cycle and contract work management, and warehouse logistics capabilities. Operational coverage extended across office activities and production shopfloor coordination, consolidating information that had previously been distributed across departments and unsynchronized tools. The project also incorporated IT infrastructure renewal and maintenance work, covering servers, access points, IT security systems and the PC fleet to support the new platform and the JE-eINVOICE electronic invoicing process. Governance changes included introducing a formal process for renewing and maintaining IT infrastructure alongside the ERP rollout, with centralized data sharing and standardized workflows for quoting, order taking and shipping. The implementation improved efficiency and control of office activities and enabled better data analysis and operational control, supporting Cartaitalias stated objective of maintaining high quality service standards.
