Zucchetti Legacy Zucchetti InfoBusiness Analytics and BI Analytics and BI IT Project Italy 2019 2019
In 2019 Cartemani implemented Zucchetti InfoBusiness, an Analytics and BI application, with implementation partner IT Project Italy to enable faster multidimensional analyses of sales, margins, agents' commissions and inventory. The deployment integrated Zucchetti InfoBusiness with the Ad Hoc Revolution ERP to extract transactional sales, margin and inventory data for analytical consumption. Zucchetti InfoBusiness was configured to deliver multidimensional analysis, ad hoc reporting and configurable dashboards, with functional emphasis on sales analytics, margin reconciliation and agent commission visibility. The implementation used dimensional reporting and KPI scorecards to replace fragmented manual reports, providing management with customizable dashboard views for decision making. The integration with Ad Hoc Revolution ERP provided a single feed of transactional and inventory records into the BI layer, supporting reporting across finance, sales and logistics. The rollout targeted departmental reporting needs across Italy, aligning dataset definitions for consistent cross functional analyses. IT Project Italy led the configuration and rollout, and governance focused on standardizing reporting workflows and dashboard ownership within finance, sales and logistics. The program explicitly replaced manual reporting with customizable dashboards for management decision making and instrumented recurring reporting processes for operational teams.
