| Infinite Computer Solutions | Legacy | Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Cartus deployed Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) as its Applicant Tracking System to manage external candidate flows presented on its public careers site. The implementation placed Infinite BrassRing at the center of Cartus recruiting operations, consolidating job posting and applicant capture for corporate talent acquisition teams in the United States.
Configuration work focused on standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition management, job posting and distribution, candidate apply flows, resume parsing, configurable screening workflows, interview scheduling coordination, and offer management. The Infinite BrassRing application was configured to support recruiter and hiring manager work queues, role-based access controls, and template-driven communication workflows to standardize the hiring lifecycle.
The BrassRing instance was embedded on Cartus’s public website via the BrassRing job detail and apply pages, capturing candidate records directly into the ATS and routing them to recruiting queues. The deployment leveraged the hosted BrassRing career-site integration patterns common to Applicant Tracking System implementations, enabling centralized candidate data capture and direct visibility for talent acquisition users within the application.
Governance was structured around the talent acquisition function, with ATS administration duties, requisition approval workflows, and recruiter-managed pipeline stages defining operational use. The rollout emphasized standardized recruiting processes and centralized application routing through Infinite BrassRing, aligning hiring stakeholders with a single Applicant Tracking System for external candidate management.

In 2021, Cartus deployed DocuSign eSignature as its Digital Signing solution on the public Cartus website to capture legally binding signatures for web-based transactions.
