WolfePak Software Legacy WolfePak ERP Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2013 2014
In 2013, Casillas Petroleum Corporation implemented WolfePak ERP as its Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP to centralize accounting and operational workflows. The deployment targeted core business functions including production accounting, accounts payable and receivable, inventory management and field ticketing for a 100 person oil and gas operator headquartered in the United States. Configuration emphasized production accounting and joint interest billing, inventory control, field ticket capture and general ledger integration, with WolfePak ERP configured to accept structured field data feeds. The company made extensive use of WolfePak, Scout, Direct Pipe and Excel, with Scout and Direct Pipe used to deliver field and pipeline transaction data into the WolfePak environment and Excel used for ad hoc reporting, reconciliations and bulk data imports. Operational coverage included finance, operations and field services, with WolfePak ERP acting as the system of record for production and operations accounting. The implementation used batch imports and automated ingestion from Scout and Direct Pipe alongside spreadsheet driven reconciliations to support transaction verification, cost allocation and inventory valuation workflows. Governance centered on centralized accounting controls and standardized workflows for field ticket verification, joint interest allocations and month end close, with modules rolled out in stages to align operational and accounting cycles. The environment resulted in a hybrid architecture where WolfePak ERP provided core transactional integrity and Scout, Direct Pipe and Excel sustained data collection and reporting processes.
