| DLGL | Legacy | DLGL VIP HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2019 | In 2015, Catholic Children's Aid Society of Toronto implemented DLGL VIP HCM, a Core HR application. The deployment centralized core employee master data for roughly 580 staff at the Toronto organization and positioned DLGL VIP HCM as the single system of record for HR-related administration across the institution in Canada. The implementation configured DLGL VIP HCM to deliver integrated human resources, payroll, pension administration and scheduling capabilities, aligning with DLGLs established suite for large employers. Functional configuration emphasized core HRMS features such as employee lifecycle management, position and org structure administration, payroll processing workflows and pension data management, together with shift and resource scheduling to support front line service operations. Operational ownership was scoped to HR and payroll functions with governance established around role based access controls, standardized payroll cycles and documented scheduling workflows to ensure data consistency between HR records and operational rosters. The rollout followed a staged adoption across HR and payroll teams with configuration and process standardization to embed DLGL VIP HCM into regular HR and workforce administration practices. | |
