Integration architecture consisted of the Kofax TotalAgility capture and orchestration layer connected to the cloud based TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere ERP Financial system, with Xcellerate IT delivering integration and implementation services. Operational scope covered the Diocese head office and a centralised processing hub supporting 38 schools, processing approximately 45,000 paper and electronic supplier invoices per year as part of the shared services rollout. Governance and process restructuring included centralisation of Accounts Payable activities, standardised approval workflows and centralized visibility over invoices across all schools.
