Technical work leveraged SQL Server 2005 for data extraction and transformation, with SQL queries created to pull data from Infor SunSystems and JD Edwards, and data splits performed to move records between databases. Reporting and user tools were designed using Visual Basic and VB.NET, and training materials were produced to accompany Organizational Tools and Infor SunSystems deployments.
Operational rollout included installation of software for client users, end user technical support, and lead training seminars to institutionalize standardized procedures. Outcomes called out by CRS include faster cash reconciliation, consolidated planning and budgeting using Oracle Cloud EPM, and cost savings from running ERP and HCM in the cloud rather than maintaining on-premises infrastructure, with Oracle managing infrastructure and recovery responsibilities.
