In 2018 CatholicCare implemented TechnologyOne ERP in the ERP Financial category. The deployment established TechnologyOne ERP as the primary finance application supporting general ledger, purchasing and enterprise budgeting for the organization.
TechnologyOne ERP was configured with XLONE reporting, Enterprise Budgeting, ETL processes and dashboarding to support financial reporting and planning workflows. Functional modules explicitly implemented included Purchasing and General Ledger, while ETL and dashboard capabilities were used to consolidate transactional data and produce management reporting.
Deployment and integrations included an on premise TechnologyOne instance during the initial support period and a later completed TechnologyOne Cloud implementation as part of the application estate. The ERP was integrated with Micropay, Carelink, Promaster, ThankQ and Ento, with ETL used to orchestrate cross-application data flows for payroll, client and fundraising data and workforce information.
Operational governance emphasized continuous improvement of systems, data integrity and business processes, led through a Finance Systems Manager role and the creation of CatholicCare's first Business Intelligence Team. Sustainment activities documented in the environment included AD cleanup, support services improvements and ongoing data integration to standardize financial reporting across the organization.

In 2018 CatholicCare implemented Civica CarelinkPlus for Patient Management. The deployment focused on client intake, case management and care coordination to support the organisation's Support Services while aligning with finance reporting and budgeting processes.
The Finance Systems Manager led configuration, master data cleansing and integration work from November 2018 through December 2020 in Sydney, Australia. Civica CarelinkPlus was configured to handle client records, care planning workflows, assessment capture and scheduling, consistent with Patient Management functional patterns.
Operational integration used ETL pipelines and XLONE reporting to feed TechnologyOne on premise ERP modules including Enterprise Budgeting, Purchasing and General Ledger. Additional system integrations explicitly included Micropay for payroll, ThankQ for fundraising CRM, Ento for workforce management and Promaster for rostering and operational support, creating end to end data flows between Civica CarelinkPlus and core back office systems.
Governance and process work concentrated on data integrity, standardized intake and case workflows, and iterative improvement for Support Services and finance processes. Ongoing configuration ownership resided with the finance systems function which orchestrated ETL, reporting and cross system reconciliation between Civica CarelinkPlus and the connected finance and HR systems.
