Safescan Legacy Safescan TimeMoto Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Cavens Arms implemented Safescan TimeMoto as its Time and Attendance system. The small United Kingdom retail operator with 12 employees centralized employee time capture and schedule management under Safescan TimeMoto, with the venue manager explicitly responsible for TimeMoto system management and day to day administration. This placed timekeeping and shift coordination under a single operational owner aligned to business opening, closedown and cellar management processes. The implementation leveraged core Time and Attendance capabilities including clock in and clock out recording, shift scheduling, break management, and attendance reporting to support payroll inputs and daily cash reconciliation. System governance was consolidated with the manager who used Safescan TimeMoto to organise breaks, delegate duties, log attendance related disciplinary actions in directors absence, and maintain attendance records alongside office management tasks. The Time and Attendance deployment was single site and centrally administered, operating alongside Aztec Zonal EPoS and Zonal Click & Collect and booking systems under the same operational oversight.
