Oracle Legacy Oracle NetSuite ERP ERP Financial ERP n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, CC Wellness implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to establish a centralized ERP Financial backbone for its distribution operations. The deployment focused on finance and procurement use cases, aligning accounts payable, inventory accounting for raw materials and finished goods, and procurement transaction processing under a single system. Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to support core accounts payable workflows including vendor discrepancy resolution, reconciliation of check, ACH, and credit card payments, and processing of domestic and international payments. The implementation included accounts payable ownership for T&E and employee reimbursements, monthly reconciliations for credit card and inventory accounts, posting of general ledger entries to capture raw material waste and spoilage, and the development of customized costing reports for management visibility. Integrations were implemented with Bill.com for payment orchestration and with Excel and Google Drive for reporting and data management, preserving existing spreadsheet driven controls while centralizing transactional records in Oracle NetSuite ERP. Operational coverage centered on the finance organization where a single point of contact managed AP, three way matching between vendor invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and receiving reports, and routine data entry for purchase orders, sales orders, and customer invoices to maintain transactional accuracy. Governance was formalized through monthly reconciliation cycles and three way match controls to reduce invoice discrepancies and ensure consistent posting of cost and spoilage entries. Customized costing reports and transparent reporting to management supported process oversight and inventory accounting practices within the ERP Financial environment.
