| Sage | Legacy | Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200) | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, CCMSI implemented Sage 100 (formerly MAS 90 & MAS 200) as its ERP Financial application to centralize core accounting and treasury processing. Sage 100 is used to support daily cash operations, invoicing workflows, and the posting of monthly banking journal entries into the general ledger.
Sage 100 was configured to initiate daily funds transfers and to create and post invoices, reflecting standard accounts receivable and general ledger transaction flows within the ERP Financial environment. The implementation covers processing incoming treasury funding payments and refunds for client account over-payments, handling voided checks, and recording recovery of funds, refunds and reimbursements across CCMSI operations.
Operational integrations explicitly include creating operational entries in Toolbar and the Bank America Cash Pro system, releasing bank transfers and preparing daily bank deposits, and consolidating monthly bank statements for reconciliation in Adobe. Treasury and cash operations staff control a centralized treasury funding email box to manage client and adjuster inquiries and to generate the associated Toolbar and Bank America Cash Pro system transactions before posting into Sage 100.
The rollout and governance model assigns responsibility for processing voided checks, refunds and reimbursements to centralized finance and treasury teams, with ongoing follow up with Claims Adjusters as required. The implementation spans all CCMSI locations and ties treasury mailbox workflows, bank transfer release procedures and daily deposit processes directly into Sage 100 ERP Financial transaction records.
