Operational coverage centered on Services Operations and Sales Support across the Canada office, with explicit coordination with Analytics and SOS teams to improve reporting workflows and administrative outputs. The implementation included data and process migration away from Planview Changepoint for invoicing and financial and operational reporting, and later activity included Certinia Salesforce design, testing and rollout assistance in 2024 to refine processes and train cross-functional teams. Governance changes accompanied the technical implementation, including updated job descriptions, market analysis for new roles, creation of a Services Operations wiki as a single source of truth, and training led by internal SMEs. Benefits documented in the program included increased efficiencies in reporting and administrative outputs, refined focus of support roles to improve skillset and turnaround times, and increased coworker engagement through clearer daily scopes and development opportunities.
