Operational scope extended across HR and talent management functions, with the system supporting Italian operations and international entities in Cefla Italys group, and integrating configuration and process ownership with HR teams responsible for recruiting, onboarding and learning administration. Governance shifted toward centralized HR data stewardship and standardized service workflows, with role-based access and process handoffs aligned to HR and talent teams to sustain data quality and organizational reporting. Outcomes explicitly stated by the project include improved data accuracy, greater organizational visibility and streamlined recruiting, onboarding and training processes, with Talentia HR Service Delivery serving as the HR Service Delivery layer within the Talentia HCM estate.
