Integrations were implemented within the PlanSource HCM Suite to maintain consistent employee master data, benefits eligibility flows and ACA and COBRA reporting pipelines without introducing external vendor connectors. Governance focused on standardized recruiting workflows, centralized applicant record retention and process controls for onboarding and benefits enrollment, with governance policies mapped to PlanSource ATS configuration. The deployment emphasized workflow orchestration across recruiting and HR operations, aligning offer acceptance, payroll provisioning and benefits fulfillment through the PlanSource platform.

Operational coverage targeted company wide reporting requirements across corporate functions and store operations, with the BI solution intended to surface critical pieces of information company wide. The Business Process team performed research on current business flows across Sales, Inventory, Finance and Accounting and translated findings into system and process redesign recommendations to bring efficiencies and cost savings to the organization. Governance emphasis centered on the data dictionary and enterprise definitions to standardize metrics and control report proliferation during rollout, while ETL and semantic governance patterns were put in place to sustain reporting and analytical production.
