ABS Nautical Systems Legacy ABS NS HSQE and Vetting Manager Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Cemza implemented ABS NS HSQE and Vetting Manager. The deployment aligned to the category and targeted vessel safety, quality and maintenance workflows across 28 company ships, covering both onshore and offshore users. Cemza configured ABS NS HSQE and Vetting Manager on the NS5 maintenance platform to operate Maintenance, Safety, Dock Control, and Document System Management modules. The implementation included configuration of ship maintenance plans, user account and access control, and operational administration by an ABS Marine Maintenance ERP Administrator based in Carmen City. Operational governance encompassed training of onshore and offshore users, a QA testing process for pre release complementary applications, and ongoing monitoring and updates to ship maintenance plans. Integration projects with SAP were executed to exchange maintenance and safety records, and the system supported permit and access management across the fleet.

ABS Nautical Systems Legacy ABS NS Maintenance Manager Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Cemza deployed ABS NS Maintenance Manager as its Enterprise Asset Management solution for vessel and machinery upkeep. The deployment targeted fleet maintenance operations supporting specialized vessels operating out of Ciudad Del Carmen, Campeche, México, and was positioned to serve technical operations, engineering, and fleet maintenance teams. The ABS NS Maintenance Manager implementation configured core EAM capabilities including planned maintenance scheduling, work order management, equipment history and service logbooks, and machinery performance and consumable monitoring for main engines and auxiliary engines. Maintenance event reporting and tracking were implemented using ABS NS reporting modules, and the deployment emphasized structured capture of engine consumption and machinery performance data to align with operational maintenance plans. Operational use was coordinated with SIAS for the company maintenance plan, with engineers following SIAS-prescribed schedules while recording execution and corrective actions in ABS NS Maintenance Manager and NS5 reporting components. Day to day entry and oversight were centered on chief engineer and technical staff workflows, creating a single operational record for maintenance events and service histories across the fleet. Governance changes focused on formalizing maintenance execution and reporting, aligning on standardized work order procedures and logbook discipline to ensure traceable maintenance records in ABS NS Maintenance Manager. The configuration emphasized auditable maintenance trails and operational handoffs between engineering and onboard maintenance teams, reflecting a systematized approach to vessel asset management under the Enterprise Asset Management category.
