The deployment targeted Procurement category capabilities to streamline vendor invoice processing and to align procurement and accounts-payable business functions under a centralized approval model.
Explorer Procurement was configured to leverage Automated Invoice Routing AIR and structured workflow approvals, enabling automated invoice routing and multi-level approval orchestration for vendor invoices and payment authorizations. Functional emphasis was on procurement oriented accounts-payable controls and workflow automation to reduce manual touchpoints in invoice processing.
Operational scope covered finance and accounts-payable teams across Central City Asphalt Alberta sites, consolidating invoice handling and approval chains into a single system.
