Configuration focused on staffing plan management, automated time capture, and reliable consolidation of payroll variables. OCTIME Time and Attendance was configured to record shift schedules, exceptions, and time entries, and to aggregate variable pay components for downstream payroll processing. The implementation covered HR and payroll operations in France and included improved interfaces to pay processes as part of the project. The program also deployed STAFFELIO for replacements in December 2023 to manage shift substitution and maintain staffing continuity alongside OCTIME Time and Attendance. Governance aligned HR and payroll teams around consolidated variable workflows and standardized the cadence for payroll consolidation. As an explicit outcome the consolidation of payroll variables was reduced to about one hour.
