Emburse Invoice Enterprise was configured to support core Accounts Payable workflows including invoice capture, coded invoice posting, automated approval routing and exception handling, aligning with Ceridian's AP process flows. The configuration emphasized automation of vendor invoice processing and approval workflow orchestration consistent with AP Automation functional patterns.
The application was provisioned into an application estate managed alongside finance and CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and Dynamics, with the same IT team responsible for operational support. Operational coverage centered on the Finance organization and extended to cross functional stakeholders that the IT Business Technology Operations team supported.
Governance for Emburse Invoice Enterprise followed Ceridian's established General Computing Controls for SOX applicable applications, including process definition, execution and evidence collection used by internal and external audits. Ongoing ownership included budget planning and version lifecycle management by the IT Business Technology Operations team, reflecting the team's multi year responsibility for finance and AP related systems.

Governance has been organized around content lifecycle and course administration, standardizing course creation, approval, and archival within Docebo LMS, and aligning learning pathways with role based skills development typical of Learning and Development programs. Reporting and analytics within Docebo LMS are used to track learner progress and support compliance oriented learning workflows.

The deployment was delivered into Ceridian’s existing internal applications portfolio where IT Business Technology Operations took responsibility for support and maintenance, including version upgrades and functionality enhancements across NetSuite, Salesforce and Dynamics platforms.
Oracle NetSuite SRP was configured to cover project management, resource management, time and expense capture, and project billing capabilities consistent with Professional Services Automation workflows. The NetSuite SRP deployment was implemented alongside NetSuite DF Billing and AR, and supported record to report and procure to pay integrations referencing NetSuite R2R and P2P components, while ChromeRiver handled expense processing and Salesforce CPQ supported quote to project initiation.
Operational coverage included Finance, Sales and Marketing, Implementation and Professional Services, and Customer Support organizations, reflecting an expansion of application ownership beyond finance. The IT Business Technology Operations team grew from a seven person support group to the mid-thirties as application scope increased, and governance included management of a multi-million dollar application budget and control of General Computing Controls for SOX applicable applications, with defined processes, execution and evidence collection for audits.
The Ceridian program was led and sponsored by IT leadership who reported successful implementations of NetSuite SRP and adjacent ERP and CRM integrations, with ongoing maintenance and vendor partnership to ensure functional enhancements and best practice adoption.
